Scones



Igredients:
  • Flour - 250 gr
  • Baking powder - 2 t.sp.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - 40 gr
  • Butter - 75 gr
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Egg - 1

  1. Take flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, butter and rub these ingredients together. 
  2. Whisk milk and egg. Add it to the dough but leave 2 tb.sp. for brushing the top of the scones. Stir quickly and try not to over work it, because then the scones are going to be hard.
  3. Roll the dough and cut circles 2 cm thick. I used simple glass for cuting scones.
  4. Bake in a preahet oven for 15 minutes, +175 till light brown.
  5. Enjoy your High Tea with English scones.
