Oatmeal cookies


Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 200 gr 
  • oatmeal flour - 50 gr
  • coconut oil (biological) - 40 gr 
  • cane sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • water (hot) - 125 ml
  • salt - flink
  • dry cranberries - 3 tbsp.
  • pure chocolate - 50 gr
  1. Melt cocos oil, add in it oatmeal, oatmeal flour, sugar, baking powder, mix. 
  2. Add 125 ml hot water to and knead dough.
  3. Eventually add cranberries.
  4. Take a piece of the dough and make nice small ball. You can make it flat or leave the shape of a walnut. 
  5. Bake in the preheated oven - +190, 20 minutes till golden brown.
On the photo you see I have both, and they are both well baked. The shape of the balls I prefer more, because it looks nicer.
These cookies you can save longer in your favourite cookie jar.
