Oatmeal cookies
Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 200 gr
 - oatmeal flour - 50 gr
 - coconut oil (biological) - 40 gr
 - cane sugar - 4 tbsp.
 - baking powder - 1 tsp.
 - water (hot) - 125 ml
 - salt - flink
 - dry cranberries - 3 tbsp.
 - pure chocolate - 50 gr
 
- Melt cocos oil, add in it oatmeal, oatmeal flour, sugar, baking powder, mix.
 - Add 125 ml hot water to and knead dough.
 - Eventually add cranberries.
 - Take a piece of the dough and make nice small ball. You can make it flat or leave the shape of a walnut.
 - Bake in the preheated oven - +190, 20 minutes till golden brown.
 
On the photo you see I have both, and they are both well baked. The shape of the balls I prefer more, because it looks nicer.
These cookies you can save longer in your favourite cookie jar.
