Falafel fritters

Ingredients:
  • Chickpea - 2 glasses
  • Carrot - 1
  • Parsley - 100 gr
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Kumin - 1 tsp
  • Coriander - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/5 tsp

Soak chickpea for a day, then blend all ingredients. Fry them on your favourite oil.


Also lentils got into the camera. And beetroot and courgete are in the oven.  My dinner is in the process.
