Split Pea Pancakes
Ingredients:
- Peas - 1.5 cups (soaked overnight or preferably even for a day).
- Carrots - 2
- Beetroot - 1
- Walnut - 1 tb.sp.
- Parsley
- Water - 1 cup
- Flour - 1 cup
- Semolina - 1 cup
- Selery - 2
- Salt - 1 t.sp.
Spices:
- Mango powder - 1/4 t.sp.
- Turmenic- 1/4 t.sp.
- Asafetida - 0.5 t.sp.
- Svanska salt - 1 t.sp.
- Adgika - 0.5 t.sp.
- Dry dill - 1 tb.sp.
- With a blender, crush everything except spices, flour and semolina
- Add now the rest to the mixture. It should be as thick as for pancakes dough.
- Fry them on sunflower oil from to sides on small fire. Baking is an option also.
