Scones with dry fruits





Igredients:
  • Flour - 250 gr
  • Baking powder - 2 t.sp.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - 40 gr
  • Butter - 75 gr
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Raisings - 1/2 glass
  • Dry apricots - 1/2 glass
This is the same recipe as the day before, the only difference I added some soaked for few hours dry fruits and did not add egg.
Actually scones you can bake as sweet as salty with many varieties.
