Fennel potato puree
Ingredients for 4 serves:
- Potatoes - 500 gr 
 
- Fennel bulb - 1
 
- Salt - 0.5 t.sp.
 
- Butter - 2 tb.sp.
 
- Turmenic - 1 t.sp.
 
- Svanska salt - 1 t.sp.
 
- Bring water to a boil, put potatoes and fennel, cook until its soft enough to make puree.
 
- Drain it but leave a bit water. 
 
- Add the rest and mash it.
