Fennel potato puree

Ingredients for 4 serves:

  • Potatoes - 500 gr 
  • Fennel bulb - 1
  • Salt - 0.5 t.sp.
  • Butter - 2 tb.sp.
  • Turmenic - 1 t.sp.
  • Svanska salt - 1 t.sp.
  1. Bring water to a boil, put potatoes and fennel, cook until its soft enough to make puree.
  2. Drain it but leave a bit water. 
  3. Add the rest and mash it.
