Summer smoothie


Ingredients:

  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • strawberries - 100 gr
  • banana -1
  • rubus - 25 gr
  • cane sugar - 2 t.sp.
  • ground flaxseeds - 1/4 cup
  • water - 1/4 cup
  • mint - 1 leaf
Do all the ingredients in blender. Decorate with some berries. Serve in 2 glasses.
