Summer smoothie
Ingredients:
yoghurt - 1 cup
strawberries - 100 gr
banana -1
rubus - 25 gr
cane sugar - 2 t.sp.
ground flaxseeds - 1/4 cup
water - 1/4 cup
mint - 1 leaf
Do all the ingredients in blender. Decorate with some berries. Serve in 2 glasses.
