Corn flatbread

Ingredients:
  • corn flour - 1 cup 
  • salt - ½ tsp.
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • milk - ½ cup 
  • oil 

1. Mix corn flour, salt and soft butter.
3. Gradually pour in the milk, knead the dough.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan, spread the cakes and fry from 2 sides.

This corn flatbread in Georgia called mchadi and instead of milk they use cold water. It is very tasty with cheese and vegetable dishes or simple with tea. Eat warm, cald corn flatbread is less tasty.
