Ingredients
- tofu - 100g
- zucchini - 100g
- broccoli - 100g
- bell pepper - 100g
- sunflower oil - 40ml
- coconut milk - 200ml
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- sugar - 0.5 tsp
- curry - 0.5 tsp
- herbs, basil to taste
Vegetables and tofu cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the coconut milk, spices and stew 5 minutes. Before serving, spread with your favorite side dish and decorate with greenery.
My side dish was quinoa. It is very useful and tasty! How to cook it? Rinse the quinoa before cooking, cover with cold water in a ratio of 1 to 2, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally.
