Semolina



Ingredients for 2 persons:
1/4 glass semolina
3 table spoons ghee
1 glass water
1/4 tea spoon cardamom

In preheated pan add ghi, then semolina and fry it, actively stirring till gold colour. Then add water and quickly stir. Add cardamom. Make very small fire. Cover with the lid but observe because it can be ready very fast - in 2-5 minutes.

Put on plates and serve with honey or maple syrup.
