Carrot's halva

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr carrots
  • 150 gr butter
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • cardamom
  • 2 table spoons nuts
  • 2 table spoons raisins


Grate carrots. Melt the butter in a pan, and put grated carrots. Roast it without lid for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the milk, sugar, cardamom and cook for another 20-30 minutes, until it thickens. Practically at the end put nuts and raisins.

It's so tasty!!! I didn't expect.
