Samosa
Ingredients:
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, butter, knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. Then cover it with a towel and leave for 30 minutes in a quiet place.
It is prepared very quickly and easily. But the most important that it is so delicious!
The fillling can be different - everything what you like - fruits, vegetables. I put apples with cinamon; cottage cheese with black currants; and only with black currants. You can see ammount on photo!)
