Kwark strudel

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr flour
  • salt
  • egg
  • 100 gr of melted butter + 75 gr of soft butter 
  • 1/2 glass water

  • 100 raisins
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • juice and scin of 1/2 lemon
  • 750 gr kwark

For the doug mix 250 gr flour, salt, egg, 3 tsp of melted butter, 1/2 glass water.
For the filling mix 100 raisins, 100 gr sugar, 3 eggs, juice and scin of 1/2 lemon, 750 gr kwark.

40 minutes, +170C
