Kwark strudel
Ingredients:
- 250 gr flour
- salt
- egg
- 100 gr of melted butter + 75 gr of soft butter
- 1/2 glass water
- 100 raisins
- 100 gr sugar
- 3 eggs
- juice and scin of 1/2 lemon
- 750 gr kwark
For the doug mix 250 gr flour, salt, egg, 3 tsp of melted butter, 1/2 glass water.
For the filling mix 100 raisins, 100 gr sugar, 3 eggs, juice and scin of 1/2 lemon, 750 gr kwark.
40 minutes, +170C
