Vegetable curry with pumpkin, courgette, lentils and chickpeas

Ingredients:
- pumpkin
 - courgette
 - carrot 1
 - onion 1
 - tomato puree
 - lentils 70 gr
 - chickpeas 70 gr
 
Spices for red curry paste:
- red chillies
 - ginger fresh
 - coriander
 - cumin
 - white pepper
 - red paprika
 
Decoration:
- parsley
 
Again I was inspired with the dish of Pascale Naessens and cooked it for the dinner. It is absolutely creative without counting weight of ingredients.
We liked it, I can agree with Pascale Naessens who says that this is good for cold weather, really made us hot inside :)
Tip:
Soak lentils and chickpeas whole night.
