Baked pears with goat cheese
Ingredients for 2 serves:
- pears 3
- goat cheese
- iceberg salad or other
- oregano
- pine nuts
For the dressing:
- honey 1.5 tablespoons
- olive oil 1.5 tablespoons
- balsamic vinegar 0.5 tablespoons
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Peel the pears, cut and fry them in a little olive oilon a light heat for about 10 minutes.
Season with black pepper.
