Baked pears with goat cheese

Ingredients for 2 serves:

  • pears 3
  • goat cheese
  • iceberg salad or other
  • oregano
  • pine nuts 

For the dressing:

  • honey 1.5 tablespoons 
  • olive oil 1.5 tablespoons
  • balsamic vinegar 0.5 tablespoons 
  • juice of 1/2  lemon 
Peel the pears, cut and fry them in a little olive oilon a light heat for about 10 minutes.
Season with black pepper.
