Charlotte apple pie
- Sugar 200 g
 - 5 eggs
 - 200 g flour
 - 500 g apples
 
- Mix eggs and sugar with mixer (minimum 5-7 minutes). Add the flour and mix well. Cut apples into small slices. Mix dough and apples.
 - Put in a preheated oven for 180 degree C.
 - Bake for 40-60 minutes (depending on the size of the mold).
 - During the baking oven door does not open.
 
Tips
For the taste I add vanilla and for more fluffy pie - 1 teaspoon of soda with lemon juice
