Cauliflower and celery root with lentils, hazelnuts


For 2 persons I take 1/2 of cup of lentils, cook with 2 laurel leaves.
Cauliflower and celery root cut into large pices and cook in salted water. Then bring it in a dish, add olive oil, cumin seeds, black pepper and bake for 15 minutes.
Then mix everything, add hazelnuts, parsley and olive or hazelnut oil.
