Spinach balls

 
Ingredients: 
150 g spinach
80 g paneer or cottage cheese
100 grams of chickpea flour
1 tbsp.  butter
a piece of ginger 1.5 to 1.5 cm
¼ tsp. turmeric
¼ tsp garam-masala
¼ tsp coriander
pinch of asafoetidae
4 g of salt for balls

For yoghurt sauce:
50 g of yogurt, fresh dill, , 1-2 g of salt 

  1. Preheat butter in a frying pan, fry the grated ginger 10-15 seconds, add powdered spices.
  2. Then I added cottage cheese and fried with spices.
  3. Add spinach, fry for 1 min.
  4. Remove from heat, add chickpea flour, stir.
  5. Make balls and fry them until browned.

You can also prepare yogurt sauce, for this just mix yogurt, salt and chopped dill. I have not done it because I had no yogurt but my husband adore them still also without it.
