Caramel Pear Pie


When you eat this caramel pear pie, you enjoy with flavours of cardamom, cinnamon and taste of hole wheat flour. So delicious!
Ingredients:
Caramel:
  • Cane sugar - 75 gr
  • Water - about 5 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp 
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom - 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
  • Pears - 7

Dough:
Pear - 1
Water - 100 ml 
Flour - 100 gr
Whole flour - 100 gr
Sugar - 40 gr
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
🍐 Method:
  1. Add sugar, lemon juice, water in a pan and boil for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 
  2. Add the coconut oil, cinnamon and cardamom and carefully mix till you see bubbles. 
  3. And then put the pear slices in caramel, reduce the fire to a small and let the pears be cooked in the caramel for about 5 minutes. 
  4. Turn off the fire and pour this caramel pears into a mold.

While the pears are being cooked, make a dough. 
  1. Blend 1 pear, water, coconut oil.
  2. Take all dry ingredients together. 
  3. Combine pear mixture and a dry flour mix. Look at the consistency of the dough - it should not be too thick. 
  4. Spread the dough into a mold over the pears.
  5. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes at +180 C.
  6. Pie is ready, give it few minutes to cool down, and then turn it so that the pie is on the dish with the pears up.
