Oaty date cookies


Ingredients:

  • flour - 1.5 glas (sifted)
  • oatmeal flour - 0.5 glas 
  • oat flakes - 1 glass 
  • apricot kernel - 5 gr.
  • dates - 60 gr. 
  • walnuts - 50 gr. 
  • cane sugar - 0/5 glass 
  • baking powder - 1/2 t.l. 
  • salt - pinch
  • butter (melted) - 100 gr. 
  • water - 100 ml. 
  • carob powder - 2 tbsp. 


Preparation:

  1. Take all the ingredients (except water and carob powder) in one bowl, pour in melted butter and rub all till you make crumbs. 
  2. Mix carob powder with the hot water and let it cool down. Pour in this water and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
  3. Form cookies and put them on a baking tray. 
  4. Bake until golden color at a temperature of 175 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
