Oaty date cookies
Ingredients:
- flour - 1.5 glas (sifted)
- oatmeal flour - 0.5 glas
- oat flakes - 1 glass
- apricot kernel - 5 gr.
- dates - 60 gr.
- walnuts - 50 gr.
- cane sugar - 0/5 glass
- baking powder - 1/2 t.l.
- salt - pinch
- butter (melted) - 100 gr.
- water - 100 ml.
- carob powder - 2 tbsp.
Preparation:
- Take all the ingredients (except water and carob powder) in one bowl, pour in melted butter and rub all till you make crumbs.
- Mix carob powder with the hot water and let it cool down. Pour in this water and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Form cookies and put them on a baking tray.
- Bake until golden color at a temperature of 175 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
