Chocolate cake "Coffee Black Magic"


Ingredients
  • Flour - 300 gr
  • Baking soda - 1 teaspoon 
  • Baking powder - 2 teaspoon  
  • Cocoa powder - 25-50 gr
  • Butter - 160 gr
  • Sugar - 120 gr
  • Condensed milk - 10 tbsp 
  • Milk - 250 ml 
  • Vanilla Extract - 2 teaspoon 
  • Instant Coffee Powder - 2 teaspoon 

Sugar Syrup
  • 1 cup water +  2 teaspoons coffee + 6 Tbsp sugar

Filling
  • Whipped cream - 500 ml + Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Rhubarb-orange self made jam - 200 gr
baking molde - 24 cm

Method


  1. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda together in a bowl twice.
  2. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add condensed milk to this butter mixture and mix it well for 3 minutes till it is fluffy.
  3. Combine vanilla essence, coffee powder, milk.
  4. Mix wet and dry ingredients in batches.
  5. Put the batter in a greased baking molde. 
  6. Bake it at +180 for 30 minutes, next 10 minutes +160.
  7. Now check it with wooden stick. Allow the cake to cool in the mold for 10 minutes. Unmold the cake from the tin.
  8. Cut cakes into 2 halfs and moist it with a cooled syrup. Sugar syrup makes cake moist and soft enough. Then cover with jam and whipped cream. Leave some cream for top and decorate the cake.
