First sourdough bread with a new recipe


I'm so graceful to my friends for luxurious book on my birthday "Heel Holland bakt". I discovered for myself a new recipe of sourdough bread. I have been baking by old recipe already for 9 months and today I can say that it is completely other structure, it is also more difficult, because for 5 day I needed to grow starter and preparation of the dough took all day, but that worth it. My husband thought that I bought the bread in the shop. I consider it like a big success.
