When to eat

  • The best time to have breakfast is between 7-9 a.m., lunch 12-2 p.m., dinner 5-7 p.m. Keep one and the same time of your meal. 
  • Eat only when you really hungry. Ask yourself is it hunger or appetite. If it is appetite, try to understand what is the reason of it - stress, rush, desire to be loved, worries, shame, guilt, there are so many factors that later I'd like to write special article about it and how to cope with them. 
  • Don't have snacks, in urgent cases snacks possible at 10.30-11.00 and 15.30-16.00
  • You can not have breakfast or dinner if you don't have real hunger. And lunch must be your main and the tastiest meal of the day. If you don't have your meal - drink hot water with small portions - 2-3 sips every 15-20-30 minutes. 
  • Remember to have all varieties of tastes in your meal - sweat, sour, salty, hot, bitter, astringent. I feel myself completely satisfied after meal with the dishes with all these tastes. And you? 
  • Do you seat when you eat? Do you remember to bite 20-30-40 times depends on your food? 
  • Eat with pleasure, after finishing your meal sit 5-10 minutes and then make a short slow walk for 10-15 min. 
So this was about timing for good digestion.
