Apple pie with cream

  

Ingredients:

3 eggs

100 g sugar

A pinch of salt

700 g apples 🍎

Vanilla (pinch)

Zest of half a lemon 🍋

180-200 ml cream of any fat content

230-250g self-raising flour


1. Peel the apples and cut into large cubes, take 1-2 tablespoons of flour from the total mass of flour, sprinkle over the apples.


2. Beat eggs with sugar, vanillin and salt for 5 minutes, the mass should become sore and slowly drain from the whisk. Add lemon zest, pour in cream, mix at medium speed.


3. Add flour one spoon at a time to the whipped mixture. Add apples to the finished dough and mix gently with a spatula.


4. Baking dish with a diameter of 25 cm

 180C, 45 minutes.
