Sesame milk


Ingredients:
  • 1.5 tbsp tahini
  • 1/5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 pods cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

Mix with the blender. Enjoy.

*Sesame has a lot of calcium, proteins that are useful for our bones. It is delicious and good for everybody especially for women after delivery because it helps to recover.

You can start with drinking this sesame cocktail after 7-10 days after childbirth.
