Christmas in the Netherlands and TRADITIONAL BRAISED RED CABBAGE WITH APPLES

On the 12th of December Christmas workshop took place, first works of me, it's amazing to create.
On the 17th of December we visited our great friend Henny and she decorated her house in such great way:
On the 21th of December special present for my sister
On the 24th of December we had our Christmas dinner and specialty of the dinner was red cabbage with apples


INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE

500g red cabbage, chopped
3 goudrenetten (if not - Elstar)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cloves
1 large or 2 small bay leaves
Pepper
salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 liter of water
nutmeg
2 spoons of vinegar
